Exhibitor enquiry form

It is free to exhibit at Bio Wales 2009, however as demand is high, selection is at our discretion.

We ask that you complete the form below and you will be notified if you have been successful by January 3oth 2009. If you are successful, don’t forget to register to attend via the delegates page, as you still have to pay as a delegate. The delegate charge covers your refreshments and lunch over the two days and the opportunity to network at the BioWales dinner, held on the evening of the 18th.

Exhibition Hours will be:

Wednesday 18th March - 1000 - 1230hrs and 1500-1930hrs

Thursday 19th March 0900-1400hrs

The exhibition will remain open until 1930hrs on the 18th as we will host the pre-dinner drinks throughout the exhibition area, allowing you greater access to all the delegates. You are then invited to join them for dinner (please don’t forget to register online).
