EXHIBITOR FAQs

If you are thinking about becoming an Exhibitor, or have signed up and want to know what you need to bring or are provided with then this is the page to look at.

Where will I be exhibiting?

You will be sent a floor plan in early March showing your stand location in the exhibition area.  

Exhibitor space will be 2.5m x 2m.  There are a limited number of 4m x 2m spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Costs can be found on the website

Within your stand area a clothed table will be provided and two chairs. 

How do I get my stand / literature to the Wales Millennium Centre

Bring your pull up banners and literature with you. 

Due to limited space at the back of the Millennium Centre we ask that you park in the nearest car park (The Pierhead Street Multi Storey Car park, see map below) and walk your items over to the front entrance where staff will guide you to the exhibition area.

If you are unable to walk your items over from the car park, please contact Biowales@thinkorchard.com where the team will be able to advise you on a time slot to park and unload your car at the back entrance.  Please note for security reasons we will need to know in advance to arrange your entry with security and co-ordinate other exhibitors around your allotted time.

Staff will be on hand in the exhibition area and will direct you to your allocated spot at the event.

Unfortunately the Wales Millennium Centre will not accept delivery of items before the event.

Setting up time

You are able to set up the day before (12th March) from 12:00 - 19:30 if you wish, otherwise you are able to set up on the 13th March from 07:30am.

Allow at least 40 minutes for setting up, dependent upon your exhibition material.

How can I get power to my stand?

If you require power please request this on the website when you register as an exhibitor.

Where can I store my exhibition stand cases/literature?

There will be some storage in the back stage areas of the Wales Millennium Centre. PLEASE ensure your cases, pods and banner bags are suitably labeled, and please do not leave any valuables in this area as it is not locked.

WIFI Access

WIFI access is available please request a code on your arrival.

Why is the exhibition area to be manned until 1945hrs on the 13th?

In order to maximise your time at BioWales 2012, we shall be holding the pre-dinner drinks reception in the exhibition areas.

How many delegate passes does my exhibition pass entitle me to?

This is dependent on the size of your stand:

(2.5m x 2m stand) Two delegate passes are included in your payment to exhibit.

(4m x 2m stand) Three delegate passes are included in your payment to exhibit.

Please note: you must check the Dinner attendance box on the registration page to be applicable to attend the dinner.

How do I upload my company profile into the Event Guide?

Additional benefits of exhibiting at BioWales include a 70 word profile and company logo for the Event Guide which will go inside each delegate bag.   This catalogue entry should be completed online by Thursday 23^rd February 2012 at www.biowalesevent.com/exhibition/details/

Please note, any changes to your profile on line after this date will not be reflected in the printed Guide.

Please check your word count as we MUST cut off at 70 words.

DE-RIG

De-rig must not commence until 4pm on the 14^th
