The Gala Dinner & Medilink UK Awards

In a quiet corner of the Millennium centre on the evening of March 13th, the BioWales Gala dinner, and Medilink UK awards took place.

Hosted by Professor Sir Christopher Evans OBE a vibrant evening of networking, celebration, anecdotes and entertainment was enjoyed.

Those attending caught up with old friends and colleagues, some also made new connections as they networked with leading professionals from the Life Sciences sector internationally and across the UK.

Medilink UK hosted their UK National awards, celebrating some exemplar life sciences companies from across the UK at one of the largest events on the Medical Technology and Life Science Calendar.  The awards spanned five categories:  Start up, Innovation, Outstanding Achievement, Partnership with the NHS, and Export Achievement.

Entertainment for the evening was provided by the fabulous classical brit-award winning choir ONLY MEN ALOUD.

The dinner was included within the delegate registration fee. Addititional dinner seats at a price of £75+vat, were available for colleagues or significant others.
