Our terms and conditions are detailed below.

Online Bookings

Advance bookings are made solely via our automated on-line booking system. The attendance cost of £50 + VAT will be charged to your account at the time you make your booking.

Cancelling your booking

You may cancel your booking up to eight calendar days before the event. You will be entitled to a refund minus a small handling fee. Please contact us with your full name and details.

Transferring your booking

Subject to our consent, we may be able to transfer your booking to another named person provided prior notice is given before the date. We reserve the right to charge you a small handling fee for this transaction.

Conference cancellation

In the unlikely event that we cancel the conference you will be given a full refund. If this is necessary we will endeavour to contact you and give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. However, we cannot be held liable for any costs such as travel and accommodation you may incur.
