Enterprise Europe Network

Small businesses, in their early stages, often do not have the resources to monitor the different kinds of assistance EU programmes can provide. They are not always able to assess the innovative and market potential of their products or explore new business opportunities of the European single market and beyond. The Enterprise Europe Network bridges this gap. It is the largest in Europe providing expertise and services for business. These are available to businesses of all sizes whether they are in manufacturing or services, although they are primarily directed at SMEs, research institutes, universities, technology centres and business and innovation development agencies. The new network has been formed by bringing together the long established Commission networks of Euro Info Centres and Innovation Relay Centres which have served Welsh businesses for the past sixteen years.
